I use it (almost) daily, and my happy results over the two years are an increase in the flaccid state from something less than 5" to about 6 1/4", and erect from 7" formerly to 8 3/4" at this time. And my erections are much stronger than they used to be. I think it's absolutely fantastic, and I'm so glad I took the financial 'risk' .
Another interesting point: I notice that your correspondent "B" in his e-mail of 7 April 2004 refers to his testicles seeming to be larger since using the Jes. For the last six months or so I have noticed exactly the same. I can't think why this should be, other than perhaps a raising of hormone levels ?

The quality of construction, attention to detail and finish is impressive in today's injection molded plastic, disposable junk marketplace and is truly impressive. The quality of the machining and finish is second to none and is truly medical grade equipment.
When I first ordered I was somewhat skeptical about the product's cost but you have truly delivered a quality product. I am so impressed that I just ordered some of the accessories for the Extender as it is a traction device that I intend to put to the test to see if it measures up, pun intended.

I should give a little more background on myself. I am 56 years old. About 20 twenty years ago a Doctor said I had peyronies. I had curviture and plaques. I basically wanted the extender to deal with peyronies desease. There was a large plaque area that was showing up and moving out toward the middle. Maybe 2 cm in width.
I started using the extender the 1st week in April on mild settings, 600 to 900 gr. The plaque that was forming has almost disappeared in only 4 months. I didn't know it could work so fast. I thought because I was a little older this might take a couple years. Cuvriture is about the same, but the scar tissue seems to be gone. Also noticing an increase in girth. Is this normal?

When erect it was 14.3cm, after 19 months use and an average stretch time every day of 20-22 hours it's now 26.5 cm. Author: Chris Williams (Jes-Extender forum post) Two years ago I bought a model like the JES, (Andromedical)... I have used it regularly. I recently bought a JES and can now give a comparison.
Design: very much the same. JES silicone bands are superior.
Engineering: The difference between a Plymouth and a Mercedes. The JES wins hands down.
Customer Service: Good luck when trying to buy parts from Andromedical. JES has been very facilitative. The unit I bought used needed some repair and JES was great in getting me the parts right away.
Daily use: The JES gives a much snugger, tighter pull, with no slippage of the silicone bands. The rods on the Andromedical have to be taped to keep from unscrewing during wearing, while the JES has little wrenches that allow you to tighten them down. The base of the JES is curved to fit anatomy better--more comfortable.
Conclusion: While the Andromedical seems like a bargain, save your money for a JES.
You only have one thing and one time around. The tighter pull should translate into greater growth, and yes I have seen growth (about 1/3 of what is advertised) I figure that over the years it will add up.
Hint: To avoid a sore right on the tip of the corona where the silicone band pulls, apply Hypafix tape (from medical supply store) and you will never have a problem.
And no, I don't work for JES.
